Important Township Committee Meeting Tonight

Tonight’s Township Committee Meeting will be critical for the future of the Post Office site and the proposed development project in the Village. The Committee will be voting on moving forward with the developer, as well as on the PILOT (payment in lieu of taxes) that it plans to grant the developer. I plan to attend with other concerned Maplewood residents and voice my concerns about the current development proposal and opposition to the proposed tax breaks for the developer. Hopefully many others will do so as well and show the Township Committee that the public does not favor this plan.
